Aaron Schut has been at the forefront of developing safe, dignified, and clinically aligned behavioral health transportation in West Michigan. Aaron previously helped launch and lead the region’s first dedicated behavioral health transport program and has since expanded that work through SecureCare, Ride YourWay’s trauma-informed, non-ambulance transportation model designed specifically for individuals experiencing behavioral health crises.
Drawing on a 14-year career in EMS as both a provider and operational leader, Aaron blends deep clinical insight with practical system-level experience. Aaron works to build solutions that ensure that every client is transported with safety, dignity, and respect.
At Ride YourWay, Aaron leads the strategic development, training standards, and expansion of SecureCare, helping communities remove transportation barriers and improve access to timely behavioral health care.
