SecureCare, a division of Ride YourWay, provides specialized behavioral health transport in a secure, trauma-informed environment. Our mission is to ensure clients are transported safely, respectfully, and cost-effectively.

We partner with hospitals, behavioral health providers, crisis centers, and community organizations to offer transportation that supports care needs while honoring each person’s dignity.

About SecureCare

SecureCare was created to bring safe, clinically aligned behavioral health transportation to West Michigan. It grew out of the region's first dedicated behavioral health transport program, built by a team with hands-on EMS experience as both providers and operational leaders — combining clinical expertise with real system-level insight.

That foundation shapes everything SecureCare does today. Every ride is guided by one goal: ensuring every client is transported with safety, dignity, and respect.

Ride YourWay has partnered with communities and healthcare organizations across the region to remove transportation barriers and improve timely access to behavioral health care, and continues to grow those partnerships through SecureCare's strategic development, training standards, and expansion.
