As we step into 2026, it’s worth taking a moment to reflect on what we’ve accomplished— and why it matters.
In 2025, Ride YourWay removed 27,730 transportation barriers by completing rides for patients, residents, and individuals who otherwise may not have had safe, reliable access to care. We traveled 1,462,700 miles across Michigan, added 13 new vehicles to our fleet, welcomed 48 new team members, and continued to earn the trust of our communities with a 4.9-star Google rating.
Those numbers are meaningful—but the real impact lies in what they represent.
Every mile driven meant someone getting to dialysis, cancer treatment, behavioral health placement, a follow-up appointment, or safely home after a hospital stay. Transportation is not a side detail in healthcare. It is foundational to access, dignity, safety, and outcomes.
At Ride YourWay, we fundamentally reject the idea that transportation is “just a ride.”
For skilled nursing facilities and hospitals, transportation decisions are about far more than getting someone from Point A to Point B. They directly affect:
• Patient safety
• Regulatory compliance
• Organizational liability
• Hospital discharge flow and throughput
• Facility reputation and family trust
Treating transportation like a commodity introduces risk. Treating it like a clinical adjacent service—with standards, accountability, and specialization—creates stability and confidence across the continuum of care.
That belief shapes everything we do.
Ride YourWay is the only Non-Emergency Medical Transportation provider in Michigan that is nationally accredited by NEMTAC.
That accreditation is not a logo—it’s a commitment.
It means our organization has been independently evaluated across safety, training, compliance, operations, quality assurance, and governance. It means our partners can trust that Ride YourWay is not cutting corners or racing to the bottom on price at the expense of patient safety.
In 2026, we are leaning into that accreditation in a material, transparent way, helping facilities, hospitals, and families understand exactly why it matters—and how it protects patients, staff, and organizations alike.
Healthcare transportation has long struggled with the same challenges: unreliable capacity, staffing constraints, discharge bottlenecks, and inconsistent quality.
In 2026, Ride YourWay is doubling down on innovation with intention, including: SecureCare Behavioral Health Transportation
A purpose-built service designed to safely transport individuals who may not be safe to themselves or others—providing a more appropriate, dignified alternative to police or ambulance transport while supporting hospital throughput and continuity of care.
Serving medically stable, bed-bound individuals using specialized equipment and trained teams—reducing unnecessary ambulance utilization while maintaining safety and compliance.
Rather than expanding everywhere at once, we are focused on right-sized growth— developing fleet and coverage models that solve facility and hospital throughput challenges without spreading Ride YourWay too thin or sacrificing quality.
Our focus for 2026 is simple and deliberate: sustainability.
That means:
• Continuing to deepen relationships with skilled nursing facilities, hospital systems, and case management organizations
• Making disciplined, data-driven decisions about where and how we grow • Investing in our people so Ride YourWay remains the best place to work in medical transportation
• Raising the quality bar, not lowering standards to win at all costs
Sustainable growth is what allows us to serve communities for decades, not just quarters.
At Ride YourWay, our work is grounded in a simple belief: transportation should never be the barrier that prevents someone from living their best life.
We exist to remove barriers that limit access to healthcare, independence, and connection. We don’t just move people—we provide access to the world with empathy, professionalism, and purpose.
Our values show up daily in how we serve our passengers, partners, and team:
• Serve Wholeheartedly
Do the right thing. Show up as your best self. Treat every ride like it’s for your own family.
• Growth-Oriented
Constant improvement—professionally and personally. Innovative, curious, and never satisfied with “good enough.”
• Clear, Concise Communication
Transportation breaks down when communication breaks down. We prioritize clarity, responsiveness, and transparency at every touchpoint.
Our goal is ambitious and intentional: to remove 1,000,000 transportation barriers by 2032.
That vision guides how we grow, where we invest, and how we define success.
Ride YourWay is purpose-built for partners who value quality, safety, and reliability over lowest-cost transportation.

Our People
No one cares as deeply as we do. Our team is connected, driven, and unified around creating real change in healthcare access.
Our Story
Ride YourWay was born from lived experience. Our founder’s personal journey through a cancer diagnosis shaped the belief that there has to be a better option—and the commitment to build it with compassion and accountability.
Our Approach
We look at transportation from every angle:
• For patients: empathy, dignity, and safety
• For providers: improved efficiency, throughput, and financial performance • For communities: healthier systems through better access
• For our team: a workplace where purpose and passion thrive
All of it is anchored in excellence, national accreditation, and relentless use of data to improve how we serve.
As we look ahead to 2026, my ask is simple:
Connect with us.
Tell us what’s working. Tell us where transportation is still failing you. Tell us what you want to see built next.
This isn’t just about what Ride YourWay wants to do—it’s about co-creating a future where transportation barriers are removed once and for all.
Our vision remains clear: accessibility for all.
And reaching it truly takes a village.
In 2026, we’re ready to listen, partner, innovate, and reach new heights—together.
